Day 1
Arrival in Timisoara

Arrival in Timisoara. Lodging in a 2* hotel, meeting the organizers, the guides and briefing. City tour, visit to the Recas winery –20 km far from Timisoara, wine tasting and traditional Romanian dinner.
Optional: 1 hour ballooning over Timisoara, in the evening at sunset.

Day 2
Trekking, Tyrolian traverse, Rappelling

Early departure on the route Oravita-Sasca Montana by off-road cars. Quick lodging at a pension then the tour starts;
Getting into the Nera Gorges, approximately 1 hour trekking on a medium difficulty track
Tyrolian traverse on a pulley of about 50 meters.
Rappelling on an approximately 15 meter high wall.
Trekking on paths and in tunnels dug in the rock on the steep banks of the river-an impressing landscape.
We are embarking on cars and…. off-road to Cantonul Damian.
Trekking again for 30 minutes, to the entrance of the Wicked Valley canyon to which we will descend on rope.
In the evening we will return to the pension in Sasca Montana, where the food cooked by our host awaits us.

Day 3
Rafting, Cannoning, Mountainbike

We will go up the river Nera by cars and we will launch the rafting boat. We will be charmed by the beauty and wilderness of the mountain river for almost 6 hours. Our guides will tell us about the rare plants and animals that live here. We will visit the Devil’s Lake, caves and canyons near the river. Somewhere on the track, bicycles will be brought and we will ride them around the natural preserved area of Beusnitei Gorges. Overnight at the pension in Sasca Montana.

Day 4
Speleology

Our cars will take us to the entrance of the Buhui cave. We will explore the cave, after which we will return in the afternoon to Sasca village, to our pension.
Optional: A game of paintball can be organized.

Day 5
Climbing, Rappel, Speleology, Canoeing

We will leave the pension and head towards Dubova-Cazanele Mari.
Once we reach the place, we will climb rock walls adapted for all difficulty levels. Then we will move on to action, descending in a spectacular rappel to the entrance of Ponicova cave. We will cross the cave and we will get straight to the Danube! What a good idea to have taken the boat with us! After two hours of superb landscapes, swimming and rowing, we will get to Mraconia bay where we will leave the water. Overnight at the hotel in Herculane.
Optional: Water sports can take place here.

Day 6
Leisure day

Finally, we will have some rest. Walks, swimming, massage, mineral waters, great panoramas are the day’s attractions. Overnight at the hotel in Herculane.

Day 7
Cannoning, Speleology

We will go up the Cerna river, we will cross a canyon on rope and then we will head for Salitrari cave. We will explore the cave and then cook dinner by a campfire, preparing to spend the night in front of the cave. The stable temperature and the dry atmosphere allow this without endangering the health of the participants.

Day 8
Departure

Now that we have survived this last challenge, the adventure is complete. We will return to the pension to get back to our luggage, have a shower and –back to Timisoara.
Optional: This last day, we can do paragliding on Domasnea hills, 40 km far from Herculane.
