Tiganesti Monastery
Established
in 1780, the main church was built in 1812 by the boyarn Radu Golescu. It is
famous for it`a workshop where the nuns wave artistical embroideries used to
adorn churches and also sacerdotal clothes. The monastery also has a small
museum.
