Day 1 Bucharest – Orsova

Stop at Curtea de Arges: visit the ruins of the Old Royal Court and the Royal Church, the Church of Curtea de Arges Monastery, Manole`s Master fountain. The trip continues to  Horezu Monastery where you will visit the Brancovenesc complex. In Targu Jiu – you will visit Constantin Brancusi complex. Arrival in Orsova. Cruise on the Danube`s Gorge to Cazanele Mici and Cazanele Mari.  Dinner in Orsova. Accommodation  in Orsova at a 3* hotel.

Day 2 Orsova - Bucharest

Breakfast. Departure from Orsova. Visit  „Portile de Fier” (The Iron Gates), the greatest hydroelectric power station in Romania. Discover more about Romania`s history when visiting “The Iron Gates Museum” in Drobeta Turnu Severin with Trajan`s monument, the ruins of the Roman fortress, Trajan`s Bridge, built by Apollodor from Damascus after the first war with the Dacians from 103 to 105.  Lunch in a restaurant in Drobeta Turnu Severin. Stop at Strehaia, where you will visit Strehaia Monastery. The trip continues through Craiova, Pitesti. Arrival in Bucharest. Drop off at your hotel. End of our services
